Return and Refund Policy at Crownstone

We want you to feel comfortable and satisfied with every purchase from Crownstone. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a request.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. This timeframe allows you to inspect your handbag and ensure it meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include all tags, dust bags, and documentation.
  • Be in the same condition as received.

Handbags that show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our team at support@crownstone.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including return shipping details.

Return Label & Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. A prepaid return label may be provided in such cases at our discretion.

Return Method

Returned items must be shipped back through a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. Customers will only need to cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your handbag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after confirming the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized bags.
  • Clearance items.
  • Products marked as “final sale.”

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired handbag.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, returns are accepted within the 14-day period as long as the handbag remains unused and in its original condition. Return shipping fees apply.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@crownstone.shop for assistance.
